Alien babies.....

While camping I found little green balls in the woods. Mom and me decided they were alien babies. She told me to throw one in the fire to see if it screams. She oozes motherly love, eh?
I refused of course. I will not be an alien baby killer. Them aliens invade, I don't want to be made an example of!

Then later on, I find a sticker in the woods not far from the alien babies saying: Made in China. So clearly we are having a foreign alien invasion in the woods of Soldotna.

Turning A Page....

Every year at the beginning of the year, I make yearly goals. I don't consider them New Years Resolutions because those seem to last for like a month. I can not lie, I am really bad at following through with my goals because I get bored or annoyed with my lack of success. So this year on top of making goals for myself, I also started a bucket list. Granted I haven't fully thought of all the 100 things I want on the list. That being said, I've already accomplished things on the bucket list and have been working on my goals and have actually achived some of them.

I feel like this year so far I've gone above and beyond what I thought I could. The downside, with all this goal making, I've only read 8 books this year! So sad.

Sometimes....
